It's a start of a new year and a new quilting group. I joined a group that is a spin off of The Old Red Barn Quilt Along that is called Across the Pond and Around the Bend. This round I am doing the free form round and above is my starter piece. My theme for this quilt is Scrappy Stars.How does this work?

I am going to send this piece to Krista and she is going to add on as much as she likes however she likes and then she is going to mail it on to Trudi who is going to do the same thing and it goes on to four more women and then back to me. By the time it comes back to me I will have a quilt top. Each month I will be getting someones quilt to work on and add to. I will keep you updated as we go. I'm really looking forward to it.
