3 Weeks 5 Pounds

Three weeks. That doesn't seem like a huge amount of time right? Well..... You can't complain about something unless you are ready to do something about it right? Each time I talk to my girlfriends the subject of our weight comes up and how we are not happy with it. So today my girlfriend said, "What are we going to do about it?" Five pounds seemed like a good place to start. Three weeks seemed like a safe amount of time to do it in. Want to join us? We are getting pedicures WHEN we reach our goal. SO tracking food, moving more, lots of water. What things do you do to help you lose weight- And keep it off?


  1. Go Dena! I use a great app on my phone called My Fitness Pal that tracks the calories and nutrients in the food you eat (has a scanner) and also your exercise. You can link up with your friends to see how they're doing and encourage them. I love it and have lost a few pounds this summer.
