Nana's Frittata Recipe

Nothing takes me back to my Grandparents kitchen faster than two things: waffles with berry jam from the garden and Frittata. You've asked so here it is:

4 eggs beaten
1/2 cup veg.oil
1 clove of garlic minced fine
1/2 tsp blk pepper
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
2 Tsp parsley
1/2 cup onion chopped fine
1 cup bisquick
4 cups of grated zucchini
1/2 cup parm. chesse

mix it in a bowl then put it in a greased 9x12. bake at 350 for 45min. to a hour. It should have a golden top and be firm throughout.
